DinePoll is provided as a tool for group dining decisions. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Third-Party Services

Our service uses the Yelp Fusion API. By using DinePoll, you are also bound by Yelp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DinePoll be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
